Why is this Phase 2 — what is missing?

Paid Ads management is included in Engine ($2,997) and Partnership ($9,997) tiers. We are rolling those tiers out as we scale delivery capacity. Foundation and Growth focus on owned channels (SEO, GBP, content) where the math compounds. If you need ads now, we can run them — Engine is shipping for select clients ahead of broad availability.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

Depends on your average ticket and close rate. For HVAC ($300 avg ticket): start at $500-800/mo to validate, scale to $2-5k once converting. For real estate ($8-15k GCI): start at $1-2k/mo, scale based on close rate. We model the math live in the strategy call.

Will my ad account be tied to your agency?

No. We build under YOUR Google Ads account, your billing, your access. We are agency-managed but client-owned. If we part ways, the account, the data, and the campaigns are all yours.

Can you run Meta Ads / Facebook + Instagram?

Yes — primarily as retargeting (cheap, high-intent for warm visitors) and for real estate listing campaigns. Cold prospecting on Meta works for some niches and is a waste of money for others. We will tell you upfront where it fits.

What about TikTok / YouTube / LinkedIn?

Niche-specific. TikTok works for some real estate agents (luxury, lifestyle, military relocation). YouTube pre-roll works for big-ticket trades (HVAC system replacement, roofing). LinkedIn for commercial trades + B2B real estate. Not a default in any tier — added when the math justifies it.
