Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using https://callflowdigital.com (the "Site") or engaging CallFlow Digital ("we," "us") for marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Use of the website

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or business advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness, reliability, or accuracy.

You may not: scrape the Site beyond ordinary browsing; reverse-engineer or copy proprietary content; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Site's operation.

Service engagements

Marketing services are delivered under separate written or electronic agreements specific to each engagement. The terms of any engagement (deliverables, pricing, term, cancellation, ownership) are governed by that agreement and not by this general Terms document. Our published pricing tiers (Foundation, Growth, Engine, Partnership) are accurate at time of publication and may change for new engagements; existing client pricing is governed by the engagement agreement.

Free trial

Where offered, the free 30-day trial is governed by the engagement agreement signed at the start of the trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may continue with paid service or end the engagement, retaining ownership of all assets we built (domain, GBP optimizations, ad accounts, CRM data, all leads).

90-day results guarantee

For paid engagements, we provide a 90-day results guarantee defined in the engagement agreement. If, at the end of 90 days of paid service, your booked-job number (or equivalent metric defined in the agreement) has not improved, we continue working at no charge until it does. This guarantee is governed by the specific terms of your engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

Content on this Site (text, design, code) is owned by CallFlow Digital or licensed to us. You may share links to our content. You may not republish our content without permission.

For service engagements: assets we build for you (your website, your GBP optimizations, your CRM configuration, your content, your leads) are owned by you. Our internal templates, methodologies, and tooling remain ours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFlow Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under an engagement agreement is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Engaging with third-party services (e.g. Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Netlify) is governed by their respective terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CallFlow Digital harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CallFlow Digital maintains its primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email if we have one for you. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
