- Free audit requests (business URL, contact information, business name)
- Booking calendar submissions (handled through GoHighLevel — see their policy)

- Pages visited, referrer, approximate location (city-level), device type
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp)
How we use it

- GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, chat, calendar): form data, chat history, booking data
- Netlify (hosting): server logs, traffic data
- Google (Analytics, Business Profile, Workspace): traffic patterns, business directory data

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as expected.

Data retention
We retain client data for as long as we have an active relationship plus 7 years (for tax and legal purposes). Lead data from contact forms is retained for up to 3 years unless we have an active relationship. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
SMS and email communications
If you opt in to SMS or email communications, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking unsubscribe on any email. We honor opt-outs immediately. We are TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliant.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the site banner or email if we have one for you.
